Some things that are Important to me:

I am confident in my ability to figure anything out.
So if there's really 'out-there' idea you have, let me know.
If you want rainbow angel fish to swim across the screen when
your user clicks a button, so be it!

Something I learned from my Father:
My Father is always fixing his house.
We would call him for dinner while he was fixing something,
and he'd respond, "I'll be right there, I'm almost done."
30 minutes later, "Hold on, I'm almost finished."
Finally as dinner was just about to begin, he would appear,
with a big smile on his face from a job completed.
The moral of the story is that once I get the ball rolling on a project,
there's a lot of momentum behind it from the get-go,
and I'll see it through until we are satisfied.
